Terrible management but great work content and people
Pros
- co-workers were some of the most passionate, kind, and knowledgable people I've ever met - projects and work they do is very interesting - due to high turnover and lack of personnel, you will get to experience many different roles because they will throw random work at you because they are never able to meet deadlines so in turn you do get a lot more work experience and exposure in different topics
Cons
- lack of transparency and head of HR is very incompetent - this place has a habit of "sweeping things under the rug" due to management - your work/life balance and your future at Climate Analytics will depend on which team you are on (also the type of direct management you receive) - high turnover rates and they fail to make progress on feedbacks
