      Pros

      I had a great experience working at Clinton Group. I felt the benefits were great and the compensation was fair and my work was challenging. It was a fun place to work and the people are very nice and friendly.

      Cons

      I cant really think of any. They have a pretty flat structure where employees get a lot of autonomy and has a family office feel to it.

      Pros

      The culture is what makes me want to come to work everyday. I love the people I work with and I have fun coming in to work, On top of the culture, Clinton as a firm is very opportunistic, which keeps the work always interesting. I would highly recommend working at Clinton to anyone. George and the rest of the senior employees do a great job of giving you the freedom to learn, but stepping in when guidance is needed. As a younger employee, it is exactly what I needed to help accelerate my career.
