      Really good pay, makes the hours worth it.

      Cons

      Shifting KPIs, at will employment means they can let you go whenever for any reason. Business conditions can change and you'll be told to improve but it doesn't matter what you do, the decision has been made and you'll get vague reasoning in the sudden exit they'll give you.

      Pros

      The market has a need for staffing agencies, and Clipboard offers an excellent service. Nobody bothers you during the work day- but I could have used more coaching, 1;1s, support

      Cons

      Leadership appears out of touch with the level of distrust among the Account Executives. Sales leadership often comes across as impulsive and unprofessional, leaving employees with little confidence in strategy and thus job security. There are no clear growth opportunities within the organization, and commission rates are noticeably lower than those offered by competitors in the industry.
