Pros

I struggle to find any pros I guess if you're a vampire and hate the sun its good.

Cons

We work in a dank basement that had mold and cockroaches. Ever have to seal your belongings in a bag to come to work so you don't take any roaches home? I have - more than once. There's no windows so this time of year the only time we see the sun is if we go outside for a walk on our breaks. And don't go over your ten minutes or you'll hear about it. Some managers actually time you. Last week they handed out nomination letters for the corporate awards ceremony. The letter was vague and said I had been nominated by my peers for a "competency award". Could you make that anymore insincere and derogatory? I'm glad that going above and beyond my job that someone nominated me for a award makes me "competent". The award categories are also like something you'd see in kindergarten class. "Team Player" - great. You play well with others. Here's a gold star. I understand the staff is young but you've gone too far. There in the middle of restructuring downstairs and some of the ideas are fine but as usual their execution is bad. We had meetings this week to go over more about teaming and great news everyone. You get to reapply for the job you have been doing for years! Don't worry. They made it easy. All you need to do is have an updated resume or fill out this handy form they made (uh.. That's an application), and then just interview. Twice. See? Easy! The only one who doesn't need to reapply is the guy making the big bucks, making thee bad decisions and relieving some employees of their jobs-Right before Christmas. Instead of cutting departments they should just have HR pick up some new duties since they obviously have plenty of time to get paid to write the painfully obvious glowing reviews. No one in their right mind would give Clipper 5 stars. Write as many as you want, it's not going to fix the place. The ceo should put a stop to that because all they're doing is making your good employees angrier. Lastly, PAY US!!!! The 2% or less raise is a joke when you barely pay enough to cover our bills.

Pros

Even the pros don't make the company any better. I like my coworkers. So what? We're all miserable, stuck in this dumpster fire together. It's like going to prison and making friends. We're all still on lockdown.

Cons

Where to begin? C.E.O - He walked through the building on his first day and introduced himself. That was three years ago. I haven't seen him around since. Management - The dullest, most boring, unimaginative people you can imagine. Old school managers. Picture the assistant manager you worked for at that job you had in high school. The one with the double digit I.Q. and no sense of humor? Who was super bitter? That's all of them. In charge of a large group of educated, creative people. Joke. Making sure your break is ten minutes and not eleven. That's what they get the big bucks for. While everything crumbles around us. The Job - You will be stressed. No one will care. You will not be compensated fairly. You will go above and beyond on a daily basis to have your manager either ignore your efforts, or find some small error to nag you about. You will never leave the building and feel good about what you did that day. The janitor is probably the only person who leaves feeling accomplished. This place is a disaster. The building itself is broken down, it's quite dingy and dark, and we have mold and bugs to contend with. There are also no windows, so no sunlight. Literally no sunlight. HR, are you reading this? In between posting your weird fake positive reviews? Oh yeah, we have people GETTING PAID to post all the glowing positive reviews on this site. Joke. If you happen to interview at Clipper, be forewarned that everything they tell you is a lie. There's no advancement, no mobility, so 'one big family' They are lying to you to get you to join a chain gang. For twelve bucks an hour. You could make more and be happier on an actual chain gang.
