"When you call the managers, they will scold and belittle you over the phone, (with only 1 or 2 managers actually talking with you respectfully and with understanding) while you are IN FRONT OF CLIENTS so you have no choice but to grin and bear this abuse." The company claims you can make your own schedule, but I did not find that to be the case. They also say you are given creative license when designing closets, but they want you to present the bare bones model (even if the customer expresses an interest in upgrades and customization) in order to not frighten them initially with a high price tag.

Cons

You are expected to have a fully open schedule (including weekends) for a part-time position. They say you are allowed to block off times when you are not available, but my requests were denied.
