Small team. Good management. Interesting work. Great work environment.
Cons
Owned by a larger company that couldn't decide what to do with them. Corporate management would change regularly and either expand the team or reduce the team. I heard that corporate has decided to eliminate the site in Hood River and everyone is leaving.
