Really good team culture, great technical training and excellent earning potential!
Pros
- The work culture is very good, everyone is given a lot of individuality to work in a way that suits them - there's zero micro-management. As a team everyone is very supportive of each other and wants the business as a whole to do well. - You're given plenty of training both on the recruitment process/communications side, but in particular the technology - that's probably the big differentiator with Cloud Decisions, you really get to understand the tech, as part of this you're put through Microsoft certifications in your area of specialism which I think everyone has found very useful! - Great social! Although the team is all fully remote it's always a good laugh on teams meetings and group chats and regular social events are organised - dinners, days/nights out, walks in the countryside, a weekend staying at a 5 star country hall and a weekend in Barcelona (all in the past 6 months). - The client base, and relationships with those clients is very good, one of the few recruitment organisations that genuinely choose who they work with rather than anyone who throws business their way. - There's a good focus on diversity and inclusivity both in the business and in the work Cloud Decisions do across the Microsoft space with regards to talent. - Great earning potential and career progression opportunities.
Cons
- Cloud decisions are a remote based business so if you were looking to work in a physical office it might not be right, but for me the flexibility and work life balance this gives is ideal! - You may be exposed to the occasional (quite frequent) terrible joke.
