Pros

- Fast and straightforward hiring process - Payments are always on time, with no issues - Opportunity to work with international clients - Flexible work environment depending on the assigned client - The client I’m currently working with has a great work environment, which makes a big difference in daily tasks - I always get support from CloudGeometry’s HR and management team when needed Conclusion: If you're looking for an international opportunity with a hassle-free hiring process, CloudGeometry is a solid option. Support is available when needed, and the work experience can vary depending on your assigned client. In my case, it has been a great experience so far.

Cons

- As is common with outsourcing, direct contact with the company after being assigned to a client is less frequent, but CloudGeometry does maintain regular check-ins - Professional growth and recognition usually depend more on the client since the company acts as an intermediary, but in CloudGeometry’s case, it's still too early for me to assess this point - As expected in outsourcing models, compensation tends to be lower than in direct contracts with the end client
