Autonomy, flat structure, hyper growth company. Potential to earn decent commission if you can manage to get customers to stay for 12months.

Cons

Extremely unhappy customers, which therefore kills your chance of seeing the full commission of a deal. Sales managers are senior AE's, with no management experience. Under resourced Account management and Operations teams so post sale is ineffective. Hire fire culture. No perks

Constantly lie about role progression, poor HR system in place to deal with the fundamentally sexist culture that has spilled over from Uber.

International company with overall great teams. Fast paced. Great learning experience.

Cons

One of the most toxic places on the market. Management is terrible. They will squeeze every ounce of energy you have but will not help you grow as they only care about company growth. Humanity is not a word know over there, whatever the country you’re in.
