      Pros

      Excellent team of talented people, good collaboration and support. Good customer base, with excellent satisfaction rating. A very successful company in terms of product innovation and financial stability. Excellent opportunity to grow and be part of an exciting 2016.

      Cons

      Resourcing to meet the requirements of successful growth is always a challenge. But this creates opportunity to add new talent to the Cloudmark team.

      Pros

      Company is focused on very cool area in technology (anti spam & threat management for email, mobile, messaging). Good culture- people generally work together well across functions. Company lacked a bit of innovation over last few years but seems to be kicking back into high gear. So far, new direction looks positive. Good work/life balance but work is challenging and stimulating for the most part. Free snacks / drinks are a bonus, and generous benefits.

      Cons

      Noisy office during ball games across the street. A lot of the functionality tends to be delivered in the field which is not the most efficient model.
