Pros

Great team, manangement care about staff. Opportunities to affect change in all aspects of the business. Tech budget for own kit, dental/health plan, really interesting problems to solve, with brilliant minds to support.

Cons

Remote! It's nice to avoid a morning commute, but getting facetime with teams is greatly missed.

Pros

Really great team here. Everyone is very friendly and the whole team has a very "let's do it together" attitude. A bunch of really clever people. The product is really amazing and with the right marketing and partnerships has the potential to be an essential tool in SaaS. It's also really well built internally and there is a lot of room to pivot if any scaling issues bubble up. The leadership level has the right blend of attitude and aptitude.

Cons

It's a startup so of course very busy. A lot of people are new and the codebase is big so there's some time required to get up to speed, although management is aware and trying to help where possible.

Pros

- Exciting home grown company that has IPO potential. - Good work life balance & remote first really works for me. Balanced with the option of an office space. - Excellent benefits and management open to suggestions to adding any put forward. - Big name clients. - Working with experts in Engineering, Product, Sales & Marketing. - Devotion to high quality work - Trusted to get on with your work. - Salary in line with sector - with added stock options.

Cons

- Still figuring some things out. Adapting as we go. Not a bad thing - growing pains are part of the process. - Some projects are much more interesting than others.
