Pros

- Product is a household name within my circles of friends and family - Global team - Product with global reach - Flexible hours and good work-life balance - Active team members working to improve the product and internal processes

Cons

- Product is dependent on economy and trends, but product is diversifying to combat this - No processes you'd find in a typical team, but this is due to joining into a new small team in a recently acquired product outside of Clubspeed's main product. Members of the team are actively working on creating such processes so this isn't necessarily a con for me, but can be for others
