There have been a couple inflexible corporate decisions despite differences in local needs/situations.

The company culture is very relaxed and emphasizes being quiet professional with everyone doing well at their jobs. The management is very open and sincerely engages with the employees. If there is any particular issue they work with employees and clients for the best possible outcome. A uniquely professional and well run company with great co-workers.

Cons

You will miss the company and your co-workers when you leave.
