Typical contract manufacturing company in Arizona. With all the problems of a small privately held company.

Giving management positions to people who don’t know how to lead a team properly. They allowed management to favor the least productive employees and treat the good workers like trash. They even had someone in management that had a history of SHing women from previous jobs and he was getting away with it while he was employed there. Thank goodness someone finally had the backbone to go report him to HR and one of the higher ups. He was fired a few days later, but the people who replaced him weren’t that great either. If you’re a hard worker and take pride in your work, stay away from this company!
