Great Company for Remote Workers

Pros

Exceptionally positive and thorough onboarding experience, even when joining remotely. It really makes you feel very quickly like part of the company.

Cons

This wasn't really a con for me but the main office is in Berlin so if you did want to work in an office environment you would need to relocate to Berlin.

Pros

The people are amazing. Fellow AE’s, architects, RFP teams, ops teams, marketing etc are incredible to work with.

Cons

Leadership. False sense of kindness. Gaslighting is embedded into business reviews. No interest in the individuals who are working so hard to feed the mouths of the leadership. The term leaders eat last is completely alien to this company. Hence the consistent turnover of staff.
