-You get out at 2:30 on Fridays -Casual dress everyday
Cons
- Neopotism - Family run business. Family members are promoted to positions that they are not skilled or trained for - Benefits are terrible (No FMLA, No STD or LTD, no 401K match) - Little to no time off. If someone has the day off you need, you are better calling in sick than asking for it off -No room for advancement - Most people last here a year or two before they move onto something better - Toxic work environment. Coworkers who yell, loudly use obscenities and consistently talk bad clients and customers - Managers who manage when they feel like it.
