Pros
Fantastic Projects - currently Sea of Thieves Excellent benefits package (salary, private healthcare, private cashplan, 10% pension contributions) Working with people who helped to make Unreal Engine 4 itself; who better to learn from?
Cons
The snack cupboard is ample, but could do with some healthier options (we have fruit now) The location and office isnt the most glamourous (but we do have great access to lunch options at Metrocentre).

Pros
As a contracting company, there are a number of pros compared to working directly for a game studio: Varied work - working for different clients on completely different projects Paid optional overtime - if our client wants more work they have to pay for it! and for Coconut Lizard specifically: Open and friendly working environment Great benefits
Cons
Too much chocolate / donuts...
