      Really good culture, best place I have worked at

      Pros

      The office has a young, liberal and vibrant vibe about it, everyone was friendly and placid. I never once come across anyone who had an attitude or was looking to rub you up the wrong way. Management was cool, the CEO was a real person that would say hi and acknowledge you, wear Jordan's to the office and was an all-round nice guy, the same could be said with the rest of the management. Events were fun, and engaging and everyone was always made to feel welcome right from the beginning. Lastly, their onboarding process and support was really good - for such a young company they seem to punch way above their weight and know how to look after their people.

      Cons

      No cons really, just that because of the location - if you're driving in, paying for parking becomes costly and you have to make sure you don't get caught out with the street parking as I unwittingly got a ticket for thinking there was no limit because there were no signs on a certain street (Kent I think) but later learnt that no signs meant its only 2hr parking.

      Pros

      I have started my journey at codafication in the month of February , beautiful place to work and all the team members friendly and they very handy. its really good place for entry level and less experienced people , you can learn lot of things and new technologies are up to date

      Cons

      some times you feel little extra workload - that will help you to handle critical situations, so far I have not face any negative things, everything looks fine

      Pros

      The people is the best. Everyone is very approchable and down to help each other when you need a hand. Also, Friday social drinks and quaterly company events are fun. Modern web development with React, NodeJS and GraphQL. Microservices architechture with k8s and Azure. Recently moved to a brand new office with a lot more meeting space and new setups in individual work station! Hybrid work space with hot desking arrangement.

      Cons

      It gets really busy sometimes in development. There're so much to do and yet we don't have enough time / people to take care of everything. So the tech debts and regressions in the system sometimes do not get addressed properly as a long term fix.
