      Having worked with Senior Leadership, this is a clear passion and a strong desire to grow the company in the right way. Very Clear and strong strategy set out for growing the business. Spent a lot of time over the last few years improving internal processes to give well defined career paths right across the business

      A unique proposition in market which stands out vs any other tool in market. Variable workload keeps the work interesting Lots of well known blue chip clients with very interesting business problems to try and resolve. Friendly and flexible working environment with a strong focus on diversity

      More suitable for people who like a varied workload and working across different categories.
