If you are rich, is a good place to stay. Flexible time. High return for your money.

Cons

No sense of financial security. To work is similar to gambling, at least for simple people like me. Poor communication or absence of it. Avoided to offer clear information on spot. It feels like scams because of this. Even if is a legitimate business.

The company is growing very fast and hired a lot of employees in 2020 during the covid situation. People are very good and helping. Seniors help juniors in their career growth.

Cons

The company is not paying a market competitive salary which disappoints a lot of other employees. Employees are working hard to make the company successful but company is not taking care of employees need.
