Company culture is fantastic Remote working Great for learning and development

I've worked at many different companies that talk a good game but when it comes down to it they don't deliver on their values. I'm delighted to say Codility really does! It's so refreshing to work at a fantastic company like this. We have a great bunch of friendly, diverse and inclusive employees, the business leaders from Natalia the CEO and all across the C-suite and VP levels are warm, kind, open and real. We have a superb, best in class product, a firm financial footing and some exciting plans for the future. Our regional and global off-sites to places like Europe and the Caribbean are insane. The quality of Apple and Bose tech you get when joining really makes the job easier. The sales commission plans are fair and rewarding without being too easy. Overall I'd recommend Codility to anyone. In fact I've already put an ex-colleague and my brother forward for roles so I do really stand by it!
