      Low pay, strict rules

      Pros

      Some of the people are nice to work with, and casual dress code.

      Cons

      Pay is low. $35,000 for college graduate working as Client Service Rep. Office also has weird and strict rules like NO phones out all day… if caught with phone then you get in trouble and are made to feel like you’re a bad kid in school. You will also be micromanaged like crazy.

      Friendly staff. Clean office. Free coffee.

      Cons

      Add me to the “fired without warning” crowd. Considering that HR knew nothing about this—or claimed they didn’t—fifteen minutes before the meeting, either something is very fishy or it’s more proof of the disorganization mentioned by others.
