Pros
Ability to play a key roll and have real impact in the operations of the company. Small group of bright people, highly technical, bring your A game and think out of the box. You get to work with other highly talented technical professionals with a multitude of backgrounds. Happy hour every Friday.
Cons
They need a larger office, packed into way too small of an office. Team building could go along way. People tend not to challenge ideas nor ask enough questions to vet good ideas.
