1) They don't know the value of employee, they are hiring interns because they won't ask salary. 2)There management skills are disgusting,if you don't know how to manage a branch please don't open one 3)Poor technical knowledge: they don't have knowledge of there own product....They believe in marketing strategy...They think marketing is the reason for there sales.... Quality of product is secondary thing for them.....So I never recommend to purchase even single product of this company. 4) They never appreciate new ideas ...Even if tell them there is bug in your product (and that product is deployed in market) still they don't care about it. 5)Now a days they are running there company with 2 people ....I mean seriously guyz.. .. Disgusting 6)About salary: They try to take all your efforts with as possible less amount. Forget about raise though you are there loyal employee since past 2 year. There are many more but I think these are sufficient to explain how this company works.

1.) Mobile phones not allowed. 2.) Compelled to do overtime everyday. 3.) Very very harsh IT and HR policy. 4.) Sometimes biased decisions are taken. 5.) Sometimes hard work is preferred over smart work. 6.) Some employee have very very bad ethics resulted in losing jobs for some, including me(I left the job)
