lovely team and employees, amazing offices, many perks, well funded company, overall good environment to work in
Cons
no loyalty as to how long you have been in the company-if someone does not like you from management they will find a way to get rid of you, no training provided, no company wide policy of encouragement to improve skills or career progression only on individual basis with manager's discretion, profit driven, culture can improve
