      I have been with cti for quite some time .I have seen this agency grow from a little collections shop to a major market player in the collection industry . As the company grow so have the opportunity's.

      Cons

      As in any production driven environment having to hit your goals every month can be stressful . If you can deal with the stress there is good money to be made
