      Pros

      Great office location, some excellent dedicated designers, good social atmosphere, freedom to use a variety of technologies to suit the job

      Cons

      Very brochureware/comms driven work. Had to maintain a lot of debt from contractors. Heavily Flash based at the time, little HTML/CSS work.

      A business, farm, etc., jointly owned and operated by the members of a group. That is the true description of a collective unit -

      The words that come to mind for Collective London are : .Pretentious .Dictatorship .False The shiny surface of Collective London is a mask of poor management, Long hours, No clear direction and if you are not the "favourite" you are a faceless person. I've never felt so distant to management in my time in this Industry. They are out of touch with the real world. So if you want to be that background character, working long hours with no clear progression - You are going to the right place.

      ZERO. a cliquey place full of lazy people. Dont expect any leadership, or knowledge sharing, or organisation. If you want to succeed here expect to work 12+ hours a day, otherwise you are faceless and nameless and will be cast aside
