Pros

Decent pay Full remote working Working on some good clients Opportunity to switch roles

Cons

Very fake atmosphere, fine if you just wanted to get your head down Any suggestions to drive a better process were completely shut down, the set-up is very robotic. Not much room for creativity D&I initiatives felt very performative

Pros

Collectively is a well-oiled machine with tight processes.

Cons

Collectively is a clique. Most of the senior management (white women) have been in the business for 5+ years. There seems to be no openness to anyone new coming in - new ideas, new ways of doing things, new people full stop. It feels disingenuous - from the fact it charges clients non-transparent fees, to the fact it has Collectively Values that are not followed.
