      A great firm with great people that needs good leadership

      Pros

      The people are good hearted, even the owners, particularly the owners. The projects are decent and done well.

      Cons

      A good heart and good architecture doesn't equal good business ownership. They need to get out of their own way.

      Coworkers are great. Project managers are understanding.

      Cons

      Low Pay Low Advancement options Management does not listen to concerns or opinions of employees. Low tech old guard control advancement of firm technologies, when the principal cannot open a pdf or needs an EA for emailing it is telling. Old Guard only make the production crew have to work double the amount to complete the old guard work load, and their own expected production goals.
