Pros
- super flexible working hours; you can mould your work around your life rather than the other way round! - opportunity to take ownership; if you see a problem or know how to improve something, you can raise this and get it fixed - it's a great atmosphere; all team members are obsessed with making the game better for the players
Cons
- little socialising; being fully remote there are not many opportunities to get to know your colleagues - steep learning curve; it's a complex product to work on and it's more difficult to ask for help when remote
