      Zero opportunities for women - as men who play golf with men that play golf get promoted

      Secure as so many people have left recently, due to the horrendous managment

      Cons

      Very much a man club - huge issues between salaries between men and females in management. As such bandings aren't advertised - but people talk so are aware. Myself as a more expereinced female earns 50% less than my male colleague in the same role. Issues are increased due to different people being on different bonus amounts depending on whether you play golf with the vice president or not.

      Posh name for outbound calling. It's not a care role, you're expected to be disingenuous to patients to get sales

      Pros

      Good Money depending on the department you work in, canteen on site, on site parking, Christmas vouchers and good stoma products.

      Cons

      Team that steps on your head to get above. Clicy , unethical, breaks data protection & marketing preferences on a daily basis, doesn't have adequate stock levels, warehouse doesn't arrange deliveries as promised, systems are so outdated and unreliable. Your manager shares your confidential info with their friends within the business. Team leaders are allowed to talk to colleagues with little or no respect, attitudes within teams towards each other are destructive, and anyone successful in their role are questioned in their credibility and sabotaged in getting their bonus. People are on timers to cut their breaks short but aren't appreciated for any extra time given. You get less than an hour break for the whole day. The traffic is horrendous in Lynchwood at rush hour times.

      Culture of bullying from some staff which seems to be tolerated. Outdated products and scripted sales techniques. Never felt valued as an employee.
