      Pros

      CEO means well and is a good person.

      Cons

      Management is profoundly inexperienced and petty. Nepotism and hiring from within a certain local click has been biggest barrier to success with CEO placing trust and responsibility in unqualified and largely unprofessional people.

      Work life balance. Gives individusls opportunity to meet lots of people outside the company

      Extremely secretive with employees. Management seems like it is never going to change or evolve.
