- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros

Cons
Pay scale wasn’t up to industry standards
- Former Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Some good people to work with
Cons
Company builds silos for every department
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
A small, growing and flexible company that is as concerned about their employees as they are about the bottom line. A fantastic safety culture. We are in the midst of the Covid Pandemic and I am astounded by the level of care and commitment this company has shown their custmers and above all, their employees. I feel compelled to commend them on their excellent handing of this crisis. I feel seen, I feel heard, I feel cared for. Bravo ComRent and thank you for the continued support!
Cons
Because so many people work remotely, communication can sometimes be a challenge. This is more of an individual problem than a company problem.

Pros
Salary if one of the chosen...you all know what I mean
Cons
New owners/executive team have no idea what they are doing or anything about load banks, Bad management. Not the only game in town any longer and competitors are eating their lunch.

Pros
Traveling and the ability to learn multiple brands of loadbanks in a short period of time
Cons
I Witnessed a lot of favoritisms and unfair treatment of certain employees especially the travel techs which we looked up to some of them and it seemed like they were not getting the opportunity to grow further with the company

Pros
Provide a very good product and service.
Cons
US Company with a very different structure internally and from a customer perspective here in Canada. Lots of red tape and sales are micro managed into leaving.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Actual employees in the field and offices.
Cons
Management inability to value employees and real contributions to the company. Sadly never recognized until no longer employed.

Pros
Co-workers stick together and help each other for the most part. Great benefits and good pay incentives.
Cons
Swept the death of an employee in 2015 under the rug as much as possible. Huge lack of communication. Project managers and coordinators do not own their mistakes. Doesn't practice good work/life time management.

Pros
Some of the people who work here are great. New CEO has a good plan.
Cons
They have a lot to improve on. They basically ignore/blame the technicians for everything. They rely more on sales people in operations than those at the site. Little or no protections for the Technicians. Awful safety program. New managers and supervisors have alienated most technicians and there aren't enough to complete everything correctly. Hold sales people accountable and remove sales pay from certain positions. Lots of poor planning leads to lots of last minute work.
