      Pros

      Family oriented, great benefits, flexible schedule, company truly cares about you. The company runs on EOS and that is a refreshing style. Culture is very important.

      Cons

      If you don't like to work hard, not the place for you.

      Pros

      Good benefits, nice vacation plan, fun activities, work-life balance, great team, leadership that listens, employee breakfasts and lunches often, breakroom refreshments abundant, relaxed work environment, 401K, life insurance, vision etc.

      Cons

      Lots of work and new customers coming on so work loads are heavy atm but they are hiring as fast as they can.
