Pros
After 4 years of working at Combe, I still come to work with a smile! Great balance of challenge and achievement makes it a great place to work. The business invests for the long term and has big company aspirations with small company flexibility. A family company by ownership and attitude! My background is big company and I would struggle to go back to the cookie cutter, short term, bureaucratic environment.
Cons
So many exciting projects to work on can sometimes stretch resources, but management always respects and supports work life balance.
