CEO is too concerned with driving exotic cars and boosting his fragile ego, executive leadership has no idea what they are doing and change directions before you’re able to implement their last idea they had a week ago.
They do not care about you as an employee, they will put the facade on that they do, but then they will screw you, career and monetarily. You will have to check your pay stub every payday to ensure they didn’t try to pull something on you to short you for the pay that you’ve earned. Don’t ask for a comp plan they don’t exist. PTO is given, but you will be punished for taking it. They’ll give you stock, and then give you the option to buy more only to buy it back at pennies on the dollar back from you. So ya you as an employee are funding their venture they have no idea how to run.
Back to the CEO, he will have inputs that are counter to any direction management has given you, and counter productive to any type of revenue building. Again, he’s too busy showing off his exotic cars and new haircut. He has zero business running a company of this magnitude.
