      Pros

      -Lot of opportunities -Open and relaxed work culture -No suits -Anyone with a good idea can get his voice heard -Doing a good job is appreciated and rewarded -You can get stuff done with minimal bureaucracy -Breakfast and lunch few times a week -Creative and helpful atmosphere

      Cons

      -Communication sometimes isn't as effective as it could be.

      So great to hear that you've liked work and life at ComeOn and that you are sharing your experience with us and others. We want to keep all of these things up, as a team we work together and we all need each other to get to our goals. We appreciate your suggestions and will continuously improve when it comes to communication on all fronts, it is important for us to share team knowledge and we need to know when it's lacking and in what areas, so do tell us or your line manager when it is not enough. When it comes to us hanging out together it was a little tricky in our previous office, we hope the new one allows for a more cooperative space where people can hang out and collaborate in different areas.

      Being in Malta, a great location. Other than that I have nothing good to say about the company.

      Cons

      Lowest salaries on the island, for such a big company its a shame. No career progression, only for favourites and for the lowest pay, far below industry standards Illegal operations in many countries Work life balance is impossible on shifts assigned Burn outs are common at comeon! Drug taking culture, especially management

      Pros

      It's a good place to learn about the casino and sportsbook industry but then move on They do care about responsible gaming

      Cons

      A really toxic, secretive working environment unless you are within the "in-crowd" Very low, uncompetitive salaries even when given increased responsibilities unless you are friends with or known to the CEO Lack of communication and transparency which leads to ineffective decision making
