Pros
If you're into non profit social service agencies, then this is a good start. General functions include helping families with bills, early childhood education, and job search and placement. This is a very rewarding agency.
Cons
Like a lot of social service agencies the workload can be quite intense and demanding. If not careful, burn out can occur very quickly.
