Management does not care about the well-being of their employees. The pay does not compensate for the amount of work you are expected to put in. There is no support from management. There is no room for career growth and management also doesn't want you to advance because that makes their job harder when it comes to filling that position and training someone new. My mental and physical health drastically improved days after leaving this job. There are companies and managers out there who will care about you. Don't settle for this company.

Where to start. This is one of the worst property management companies in the business. Their only interest is in being the biggest company. They do not offer any training and promotions are almost non-existent. The regional manager was unqualified for the position and did not know how to effectively run the portfolio. The benefits are the worst I have ever seen. Vacation time is a joke the heath insurance is basically for catastrophic care only.
