      Started good and ended bad

      Pros

      401-k Match is good. Location is great. CEO has an amazing new office.

      Cons

      Pay is below market value. Bonuses have been reduced to almost nothing. Merit increases are just about nonexistent. HR has to be one of the most corrupt departments within the organization, showcasing favoritism, poor pay practices and nepotism. They have improved on racism towards black, Asian and brown people since the new CEO took over. Turnover is very high. There is a lot of fanfare recently but it does not promote community or engagement.

      Pros

      Great 401k Plan. Sufficient amount of PTO. Relatively Simple Job. Pays on the higher end of the scale compared to other credit unions.

      Cons

      Rude and difficult to work with collegues. (Not all) Lack of inclusion if you’re anything other than white. Clueless managanemt. Inability to keep branches staffed.
