Cons
The pay is not as high as you would find in other IT shops; non-profit clients can sometimes be hard to work with.

None, do your research and find a company with better culture, benefits and workflow. Don't waste your time with this disgusting company.
Cons
The company as a whole is poorly ran. There is no opportunity for advancement. The pay is well below market average. Customers are treated unfairly and operations are handled in a negligent manner.
