- Nice colleagues - Inclusive culture - Nice office - Laid back environment - Fun socials - Good work/life balance

Cons

- Low pay and no benefits - No training - Lack of structure - Career development didn’t seem like a priority - Seemed like a push towards being in office more (3 days +) and lack of flexibility for client facing roles
