      Pros

      Management, anywhere from mid-level management all the way up to the CEO, are transparent in all aspects. Great work environment full of people that want nothing more than to see you grow and succeed. Reassurance when needed is always available and the mentorship that superiors provide is priceless.

      Cons

      Company got too big, too quickly and the employees are feeling the growing pains. Although there is a lot of transparency, it is still somewhat unsettling with the changes, especially with employment changes. It is also difficult to not take the stress of work home with you and it’s hard to complete your work within the 8 hours without overtime options.

      Left to work on your own, for the most part.

      Cons

      Left to work on your own. No communication in my team. My customers know more about my product than I am told. Discontinue product with no notification. No one to support you or back you up. You work alone and have no one to bounce ideas off of. If you reach out to the Quality dept you get absolutely no response. If they reach out to you you best act quickly. No one completes their tasks. There is no teAm. The people at the bottom are to take care of their work and the work of those who don’t work and those who plain just don’t show up. no team. Not quite sure which dept to take direction from. Impossible to please all. Oh yes ... if you get a promotion you don’t get a pay raise the next time one is due. Do not accept promotion. Extra work, no increase in pay.

      Pros

      Compass is pushing to make some major positive changes to their culture and ways of doing business. Many friendly coworkers. Ability to help improve the lives of customers.

      Cons

      Career growth in this company is not an easy task, especially at lower levels. Constant changes in company goals makes it hard to set and meet personal goals to support company goals, and to promote your own job advancement.
