We are almost full remote now since COVID and I miss having everyone around.

Pros
Still mostly remote, some really kind workers here but hard to get to know them with the remote work, good training and easy to pick up material at the company. Overall pretty good work life balance
Cons
Pretty big shift in staff lately. Essentially zero growth opportunity due to the size of the company, not very competitive pay and since there’s no growth opportunities it’s hard to get any future big pay jumps, hard to connect to company and coworkers and higher ups aren’t trying to connect or show appreciation
