Pros

With the exception of upper management, the people at the company are exceptional. I enjoyed most everyone I worked with and felt my peers really cared about each other as well as the success of the company.

Cons

There is no transparency and a severe lack of trust coming from upper management. Support is hard to come by, even when requested, and leads to burnout. The company culture shifts depending on the energy coming from upper management. There is little growth opportunity.

Pros

Compendium as a whole does a good job hiring people that actually care about the success of the company and are kind individuals. At first the company was great and exceeded my expectations but as years went on things took a turn and the culture shifted drastically.

Cons

There is little transparency, little growth opportunities, the upper management team dictates everything and does not allow for people to "step out of line" with how they envision things going. Old school mentality the people at the top make all the decisions and care little about new ideas or people trying to be proactive and implement new processes or programs. Hide behinds the mask of addressing the company as a "family" which is exceedingly toxic.
