Working remote from home (unfortunately what made me stay longer than needed) and gift cards Co founders are nice.

They’ve purchased my former company (Waypoint) earlier this year and things just continued to get worse. As we lost over 2/3 of employees Management does not value you. I asked HR if they have an employee opinion survey and he said they don’t (first place I’ve heard of that) Turnover rate is insane even as a remote job they just recycle people and look at paying out less to employees to make the most Take it from a veteran who served in Iraq life’s too short to work here
