Pros
Cool culture. Seeing celebrities on the floor from time to time if you're into it. The diversity in the company is definitely a good thing. Recreational area with a ping pong table, fussball table and a keg-a-rator - yep free beer.
Cons
Starting salary is below average. Also you should be comfortable with being an "unsung hero". Like in most media companies the developers rarely get the credit they deserve from the higher ups. The CTO is the only one who might motivate the troops in the Tech department.
