Pros
The people working on Advanced Design, Detail Design, Structural Engineering, Thermal Engineering, and Operations Teams are all great to work with, open, inclusive, and pleasant to be around at work or off the clock. Very flexible with remote work and understanding of PTO/sick time/life events that may interfere with a regular work schedule.
Cons
Upper management frequently makes "drop everything and do this task for me" requests for deadlines that can often only be met by working unpaid overtime after hours, on weekends, and holidays. Due to poor business decisions by upper management the company is struggling to pay bills and has been unable to offer raises or bonuses while it struggles to find stable financial footing again. Pay that was once competitive is now lagging behind. Normal business hours aren't respected, emails are sent out at all times of the day any day of the week and mandatory meetings are often scheduled outside typical working hours.
