It's a great place to start your career, lots of growth opportunity and offers a lot of on the job training and advancement. The owners love this place and are truly invested in its success, which leads to a truly unique organization. Unlike one I've ever been part of.
Cons
Low pay, scattered approach to strategic initiatives and always fighting fires. Ohhhhh the tiring fight to get ahead, but never getting there. Every day is all about reacting to poorly managed client expectations, finger pointing and fighting a never ending battle to get through the day.
