      Pros

      You meet a lot of interesting people. The other employees are nice. Its a must job if you want flexibility and you like working with people of a variety of ages.

      Cons

      Sometimes going to different schools to teach is a pain, especially at the end of the day.

      You set your own schedule, schedule your own classes and You are constantly learning new technology and have an opportunity to develop your own specialty and make great work contacts!

      Cons

      You don't receive any benefits, no paid vacations, no health insurance - It is a lot of commuting time that is not paid for. You must have a car to hold all the equipment you need to haul all of your equipment.
